My story
In December 2024, I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. What followed was surgery, chemotherapy, radiation and ongoing treatment. It was a difficult chapter, but I didn’t go through it alone. Alongside my medical team, I experienced first hand the difference that practical support, kindness and community make when life suddenly becomes overwhelming.
Now I want to give something back, one coffee at a time.

How It Works
- Donate: Make a donation through this page.
- Book in for a coffee meet with me (optional), where we can chat about these organisations and how your donation is making a difference. Either in person in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney CBD, or virtually!
- Enjoy the chat: no sales pitches, just good coffee and good conversation. I’ll tell you a bit about the four charities you’ve just supported and why your donation matters!
With your okay, I might share a few photos from our catch-ups here and on social media to help spread the word for the charities.
The Charities
- Gather My Crew – a free Australian app that helps family and friends coordinate practical support (meals, transport, school runs) when someone is doing it tough.
- Mummy’s Wish – practical support for mums going through cancer treatment who have young children, from care packs and comfort bears to counselling.
- Camp Quality – camps, family getaways and in-hospital programs for kids facing cancer, whether it’s their own diagnosis or a parent’s or sibling’s.
- Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) – trusted information, support and connection for Australians affected by breast cancer.
One more thingPlease take this as a gentle reminder not to put off your health checks. Early detection can make an enormous difference.
